Where have we come from?

G8 Education was founded in 2006 and brought together a team of dedicated professionals driven to deliver high quality developmental and educational child care services throughout Australia.

This was in response to increasing government regulations making it harder for single-Centre operators to survive.

The company grew over the next year. On December 5 2007, a major milestone in the company’s history was reached with it listing on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX).

From this time the company has continued to grow to now own and operate or manage centres across Australia.

Where are we going?

Our mission is simple. We aim to be Australia’s leading provider of high quality, developmental and educational child care services.

We seek to achieve this through the development of quality education and care programs, commitment to our employees; commitment to our communities and also to ensure that centres we either own or manage derive value for share holders or our business owners.

We are continuing to source opportunities for growing our business through both the acquisition of child care centres and through providing quality management services for centre owners.
